Recipe Idea – Chinese Roast (Chicken or Pork)
In a large bowl add 1 tablespoon spice blend, 1/4 cup warm honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil and mix to a smooth marinade.
Rub the marinade over Pork Fillet, Pork Belly, Chicken, Drumsticks, Wings, Fish and bake in oven
