1lg diced lamb, 6 onions diced, 400g can diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons spice, 1 cup water, natural yoghurt
In a large pot brown the onions with some olive oil, add the meat and brown for 10 minutes. Add the spice blend, diced tomatoes and water and simmer for 1 hour until meat is tender. Server curry with steamed rice and yogurt
