Recipe Idea – Hungarian Pork/Beef Casserole
lkg Diced beef of pork, 6 onions diced, 2 capsicums diced, water, rice, sour cream
In a large pot, brown the diced onions and capsicums in some olive oil until cooked and golden. Add diced meat and brown for 10 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of spice mix. Fill with water until meat just covered and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Serve with steamed rice, homemade nokadli dumplings and sour cream.
Vegan option – use 2kg mushrooms instead of meat.
