Ingredients – black pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, brown sugar, salt, yellow mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, lemon pepper, sage, mint, rice flour, coriander, herbs, spices and NO NASTIES
Recipe Idea – Smokey BBQ Ribs
Rub the spice mix over the ribs and oven bake for 2 hours on slow heat setting. Remove ribs from oven and base with some home made marinade (to make a home made marinade mix – 1 tablespoon Texas BBQ Rub mix, 2 cups tomato sauce, 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce and a fresh drop of tobacco sauce).
