Recipe Idea – Sizzling Beef Stirfry
750g eye fillet steak strips, 1 red onion, 1 brown onion, both slices, 1 cup snow peas, 1 tablespoon spice mix, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar. Marinade beef with sauces, spice and sugar. In a wok, stirfry onions tills golden, add beef strips, add vegetables and sever with rice.
