Recipe Idea – Dukkah Lamb Cutlets
6 lamb cutlets, 1/3 pack dukkah, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional), olive oil
Crumb the Lamb Cutlets with dukkah (or egg wash, breadcrumbs/dukkah mix) and place cutlets on baking tray. Bake in Oven for 20 minutes and serve with salad.
