Our everyday favourites – Tandoori Blend is very easy to use. Simply coat your peice of meat in the Blend and grill, bbq or pan fry. Contains Gluten. Also available in a 1kg zip lock pack for $25
Ingredients – flour, paprika, herbs, spices, salt
Recipe Idea – Tandoori Zucchini
Cut zucchini lengthwise int strips, coat with buttermilk and then dip into coating mix (tandoori mix and chopped parsley) and cover all sides. Panfry or oven bake until golden.
