Ingredients – almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, millet seeds, linseed, chilli flakes, curry powder, capsicum (paprika), chickpeas, herbs, spices
No onion, no salt, no sugar, no garlic powder, no onion powder, no nasties
Recipe idea – Almond Chilli Meatballs
750g minced meat, 1 onion diced, 1 egg, 1/2 pack dukkah, fresh coriander leaves
preheat oven to 180c. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Make little meatballs, place on oven tray and bake for 15-20 minutes
Dukkah can also be served as an entree with bread and olive oil
