Ingredients – cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, wattle seeds, onion powder, salt, saltbush, river mint, herbs & spices
Recipe idea – Grilled Fish with Honey Bushman’s Rub.
4 Pieces of any type of fish fillet, 2 tablespoons honey slightly warmed and runny, 1/2 pack Bushman’s Spice Blend. Mix honey & spice blend together to form a paste and rub into fish fillet on both sides & grill to perfection.
Server with garden salad or seasonal vegetables. Bushman’s Rub is also an excellent dry marinade for Kangaroo, Pork and Beef Steaks for the BBQ
